We have organised a partmership with a reputable management company based in Marrakech to manage all aspects of the shared rental pool. Some companies charge 50% of all rental income for this service, we expect to charge approximately 20%. We are also working with a leading UK tour operator to secure a guaranteed amount of reservations; by the end of June 2008 we expect to have a letter of intent from them.
We have sourced from a local Bank, BMCI (Banque Marocaine du Commerce et de l'Industrie), the ability to have stage payment mortgages, this means that once you have raised your 40% deposit and pending additional fees you can have the mortgage to pay the remainder required for your villa.
All the valuations are produced by independent valuers and are based on similar properties within the area.
We will offer you a full range of furnishings, that will start from as little as €5000 to fully kit your villa to a high standard, including beds, linen, cutlery, LCD Televisions etc.
