Such is the rise of Marrakesh as a destination, we expect that mortgage payments and bills for the year can be covered from the rental income earned in the high season of June – September alone. For example, rental based on a 2 bedroom apartment costing around €100,000 should be between €1,500 – €2,000 per month.

Rental occupancy is currently running at 85% during these peak months. With the number of tourists set to grow faster than the amount of available accommodation, we confidently expect this percentage to increase still further – and even for the season to last longer.
