Such is the rise of Marrakesh as a destination, we expect that mortgage payments and bills for the year can be covered from the rental income earned in the high season of June – September alone. Rental occupancy is currently running at 85% during these peak months. With the number of tourists set to grow faster than the amount of available accommodation, we confidently expect this percentage to increase still further – and even for the season to last longer. |
